A daily animal-placement logic puzzle from Studio Six Two.

How to play

• Each animal wants a particular kind of terrain, and some animals refuse to live next to each other.
• Drag animals onto the board until every one of them is somewhere it's happy.
• Stuck? Use a Survey to check your work — it tells you how many animals are correctly placed without telling you which.
• The Daily puzzle is the same for everyone and changes at midnight, your local time. You get one attempt.
• Expeditions are the campaign: finish a trail to restore a habitat, earn its medal, and discover the character who lives there.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Habitat has no sign-up and no password. Everything works the moment you open it.

Then what is "Continue with Apple" for?

It's optional, and it does exactly one thing: ties your progress to your Apple ID so it follows you to a new phone. Skip it and everything still works — it just lives on this device.

I lost my progress.

Progress is stored on the device unless you've signed in with Apple. Deleting the app or switching phones without signing in will lose it. If you did sign in and it still hasn't appeared, email us — don't delete the app, that makes it harder to recover.

Why did my streak reset?

The Daily streak counts consecutive days you solved the puzzle, using your device's local time zone. Missing a day, or travelling across time zones around midnight, can end one.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the Profile tab and choose Delete account. It's immediate and permanent. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Does Habitat cost anything, or show ads?

No. There are no purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising.
